What does the process of filing a Property Tax Grievance involve?
You will see from our letter that we have checked the county tax records and extracted your past years tax and assessment figures. This years analysis reveals that about one out of every five homes (including yours) purchased this year may be over assessed.
Assessments are required by law to be proportional to market value. This means if you live in a $350,000 house and your neighbor lives in a $700,000 house, his assessment (and Taxes) should legally be twice yours.
If you feel that you got a great deal on your house (i.e. purchased it for less than market value) then maybe your assessment is correct and you are paying the correct amount of property taxes. However if you paid "Market Value" for your home then you are paying too much in taxes and All Information Storage Solutions can fight your tax assessment for you.
How much can I save using All Information's services
We give you a computer generated projection on what the yearly tax saving will be. Our fee schedule is very simple. Our fee of 40% of the first years savings is an incentive to get you the highest reduction possible. The more money we can save you and your family, the more money we earn. There is an additional Thirty Dollar Fee if we have to file a Small Claims Assessment Review Action if we are unsuccessful and/or not as successful as we anticipate at Grievance Day. You pay nothing until we are successful in reducing your assessment. If we are unsuccessful in reducing your assessment you pay nothing except the thirty dollar Court fee if we filed a Small Claims Action. We are professional, honest, reliable, and trustworthy.
